Every program price includes the physician consultation, prescription if approved, pharmacy fulfillment, and standard two-day shipping. There are no separate consultation fees or fulfillment charges.
What if I am not approved?+
If the reviewing physician determines treatment is not clinically appropriate, you will not be charged for medication. See our Refund Policy for full details on what is and is not refundable based on what has been delivered.
Are there lab fees?+
Lab work, where required by the physician, is coordinated through Quest or LabCorp. Lab fees are billed separately by the lab and are not included in the Orvi program price.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. There is no long-term commitment required. Monthly programs can be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle.
