PRESCRIPTION FULFILLMENT Prescription medications are dispensed by state-licensed pharmacies operating under the oversight of their respective state boards of pharmacy. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies on a patient-specific basis pursuant to valid physician prescriptions.

COMPOUNDED MEDICATIONS Compounded medications available through Orvi programs — including compounded Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Retatrutide, and certain combination formulas — are not FDA-approved. They are prepared in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations by licensed compounding pharmacies.

QUALITY AND SAFETY Our pharmacy partners maintain active state licensure, operate in inspected facilities, and follow USP compounding standards where applicable. Medications requiring temperature control are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging.

SHIPPING Standard shipping is included with every prescription at no additional charge. Most prescriptions ship within one to two business days of approval and arrive within two business days of shipment.
