The Orvi Process

How Physician-Prescribed Telehealth Care Works.

Every Orvi program follows a physician-supervised intake-to-prescription flow. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you start your intake to the moment your prescription arrives.

The Orvi Process

From Intake to Prescription in Under 48 Hours.

Every Orvi program follows the same physician-supervised flow. Here is what happens from the moment you start your intake to the moment your prescription arrives.

01

Complete the online intake form

Answer questions about your health history, current symptoms, and goals. The form takes approximately five to ten minutes. Your information is encrypted and HIPAA-protected.

02

Physician review within 24 hours

A licensed physician in your state reviews your intake. They determine whether treatment is clinically appropriate based on your health history and symptoms. You receive a clear decision — approved or not approved — within one business day.

03

Labs ordered if clinically indicated

For programs that require baseline lab work, your physician sends a lab order to a Quest or LabCorp location near you. Results are reviewed before your prescription is finalized.

04

Prescription sent to pharmacy

If approved, your physician issues a prescription to our licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy partner. The pharmacy verifies, compounds, and packages your medication.

05

Medication shipped to your door

Your prescription ships directly to the address on file. Standard delivery is two-day shipping. Temperature-sensitive medications are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging.

06

Follow-up care and refills

Your physician monitors your response through scheduled check-ins. Refills are coordinated through the platform. Adjustments to your protocol are made based on how you are responding.

How Orvi Is Structured

A Technology Platform Supporting Independent Physicians.

Orvi Health, Inc. is a non-clinical technology and operational platform. Orvi does not practice medicine and does not make clinical decisions.

All medical care — evaluations, diagnoses, prescribing, and clinical follow-up — is provided by a network of independent, physician-owned medical practices and their licensed clinicians. Every physician is board-certified and licensed in the state where the patient is located at the time of service.

This structure is standard across modern telehealth and ensures that clinical decisions remain in the hands of licensed clinicians exercising independent medical judgment.

The Pharmacy

Licensed U.S. Compounding Pharmacies.

Prescriptions issued through Orvi programs are filled by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies. These pharmacies operate under state pharmacy board oversight and applicable federal regulations.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They are prepared on a patient-specific basis following a valid physician prescription. The compounding pharmacies in our network are licensed in the states they serve and ship with appropriate packaging for each medication type.
